2. Project Introduction
The large machine maintenance base and welding rail base need to be relocated. According to the opinions of Zhengzhou City and Zhengzhou Bureau Group Company, a new construction project will be arranged at Xiezhuang Station.
The rail welding base is mainly responsible for the laying of tracks for new and renovated railway projects within the jurisdiction of Zhengzhou Bureau Group Company, as well as the welding of long steel rails required for major repairs of existing lines. The large machinery maintenance base is mainly responsible for the daily maintenance, annual repair, and comprehensive repair of 147 large road maintenance machinery under the jurisdiction of Zhengzhou Bureau Group Company.
The total length of the ductile iron pipeline involved in the Zhengzhou "Two Bases" relocation project is 9936m, including 4644m of C-grade DN250 ductile iron pipe, 3684m of C-grade DN200 ductile iron pipe, 1026m of C-grade DN150 ductile iron pipe, and 582m of C-grade DN100 ductile iron pipe. The pipeline requires a working pressure of 1.0MPa.
