The water source replacement and water system connection project of Linyi County's "14th Five Year Plan" includes three parts: water source replacement project, water diversion project, and water system connection project. The water supply pipeline from the starting point of the project design to the Yinghe water replenishment and diversion outlet is DN1400mm, with PCCP pipe material and a length of 17287.91m; The water pipeline from the Yinghe water replenishment outlet to the west bank of the Laoying River is DN1200mm, with ductile iron pipes and a length of 6930.1m; The water pipeline from the Laoying River diversion outlet to the Second Water Plant is DN1000mm, made of ductile iron pipes with a length of 11504m, and the total length of the entire section is 35722m.
